You can use following medicines based on the symptoms mentioned below

Allium cepa 30 /tds for 3-4 days :
common cold ,sneezing +++ ,watery discharge,acrid discharge from nose and watering of eyes,sore throat,fever high grade ( it generally lasts for 2-3 days inspite of taking any sort of medicines.

Euphrasia 30/tds for 3-4 days: Watering of eyes acrid discharge from eyes ,Sneezing++,No sore throat,Nasal discharge not prominent.


Hepar sulph 30/tds for 3-4 days: Discharge from nose is yellowish ,greenish thick ,Sneezing ++,Nasal Blockage,No throat pain ,Something stuffed up in throat sensation of,After exposure to cold air.


Tuberculinum 1M: 1 dose during acute episode acts as intercurrent remedy and hastens the cure




Allium cepa 200 /1 dose can be used as prophylactic in the epidemic and endemic areas for 10-15 days as once in a day dose.
