US republican party to challenge against the right of citizenship for birth in US.According to US law if a child is born to a immigrant who is not a citizen of US and who is living unlawfully over there also gets the citizenship of US on birth.
Legislative from 5 states of US have decided to protest against this law to stop entry of unofficial immigrants from other countires.
Currently according to american law those persons who are residents of US and who are devoted to US and who are born in US get the citizenship rights,but if this protest becomes law then american citizenship cannot be achieved by simply being born in US .
Those 5 states involved in this protest were Arizona,South Carolina,Georgia,Okohoma,pencilvenia
