Britian court removes barriers against immigration.Britain high court has dismissed the judgement of previous hearing regarding bann on visa for India and non european countries for high skilled persons from India and non european countries.
Court said that this sort of decision is non judicial and could not be implemented without through investigation.
It had been temporarily passed and would have become law in 2011,but before that court considering it as non judicial dismissed it.With this decision it will give a great relief to India and other non european countries whose skilled workers are ready to immigrate to Britain.
